  • Automated access (scraping) without permission is prohibited.

2. AI Disclaimer

Our service uses Artificial Intelligence to evaluate answers. While we strive for high accuracy:

  • AI is not infallible. Grades and feedback should be reviewed by a human instructor.
  • We are not liable for any academic consequences (e.g., failed grades, disputes) resulting from reliance on our AI grading.

4. Intellectual Property

The SmartRedPen platform, code, and branding are the property of SmartRedPen Inc. You retain ownership of the original content (PDFs) you upload.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartRedPen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
